The Benefit of Practicing External Purity, Shaucha
O benefício de praticar a pureza externa, Shaucha
saucãt svãngajugupsã paraih asamgargah||40||
From[physical]cleanliness or purity arises disgust for one's own body and disinclination of contact with others||40||
Da limpeza [física] ou da pureza surge o descontentamento pelo próprio corpo e a falta de contato com o dos outros || 40 ||
purity is of two types inner and outer.
a pureza é de dois tipos interno e externo.
Through practice of purity, one continuously gets purity of heart and life.
Através da prática da pureza, obtém-se continuamente pureza de coração e vida.
Saucha also mean Self-knowledge
Saucha também significa autoconhecimento
It is, not to have contact with vices, negative attitudes, and even identification with the body.
É não ter contato com vícios, atitudes negativas e até mesmo identificação com o corpo.
Prayer is the purifier, knowledge is the purifier, love is the purifier
