Sutra 6
The mind born of meditation is free from all impressions
A mente nascida da meditação está livre de todas as impressões
tatra dhyãnajam anãsayam||6||
Of these, the mind born of meditation is free from germs.||6||
Destes, a mente nascida da meditação é livre de germes. || 6 ||
The sage has distinguished here between kamaja chittam ( the mind of desires) and dhyanaja chittam ( the mind born of meditation).
O sábio distinguiu aqui entre kamaja chittam (a mente dos desejos) e dhyanaja chittam (a mente nascida da meditação).
The ordinary mind and its thoughts, born from the reservoir of karma, the womb of desires and action, is of an impure nature , whereas the mind born of samadhi, final meditation, is extremely pure.
A mente comum e seus pensamentos, nascidos do reservatório de karma, o ventre de desejos e ação, são de natureza impura, enquanto a mente nascida de samadhi, a meditação final, é extremamente pura.
