The Inner Light
A Luz Interior
visokã vã jyotismati||36||
Concentration may also be attained by fixing the mind on inner light, which is beyond sorrow||36||
A concentração também pode ser alcançada fixando a mente na luz interior, que está além da tristeza || 36 ||
visokã is the state free from sorrows, this is a luminous state.
visokã é o estado livre de tristezas, esse é um estado luminoso.
