The Vibhuti Pada sutra 27

Knowledge of different planes of existence

Conhecimento de diferentes planos de existência

bhuvana-jnãnam surye samyamãt||27||

By practicing samyama on the sun{one gains} knowledge of the universe.||27||

Praticando samyama no sol, obtém-se o conhecimento do universo. || 27 ||

In the scriptures have 14 planes of existence correlating with the seven chakras and the seven lower planes  are correlated  and the areas from a person's waist to his feet.

Nas escrituras, existem 14 planos de existência correlacionados com os sete chakras e os sete planos inferiores correlacionados e as áreas da cintura de uma pessoa até os pés.

Through the practice of samyama or surya , one gains the knowledge of the universe including the body, which is a microcosm of the outer universe.

Através da prática de samyama ou surya, ganha-se o conhecimento do universo, incluindo o corpo, que é um microcosmo do universo exterior.

Once you are absorbed in the inner sun, then you will have experience  of the inner and outer solar system.

Uma vez que você esteja absorvido pelo sol interior, você terá a experiência do sistema solar interno e externo.
