The path of Kriya Yoga acts to filter, polish, and discipline the impure mind, and ultimately, to make it an effective tool of realization.

O caminho do Kriya Yoga age para filtrar, polir e disciplinar a mente impura e, finalmente, torná-la uma ferramenta efetiva de realização.

1-tapas:

tapas is the process trough which one can burn all impurities and make the mind shine with purity, knowledge, and love.

tapas é o processo através do qual se pode queimar todas as impurezas e fazer a mente brilhar com pureza, conhecimento e amor.

tapas is the inner fire. When one introverts the restless mind, focuses on the sixth chakra, and becomes absorbed in soul consciousness, one performs tapas.

tapas é o fogo interior. Quando alguém introve a mente inquieta, concentra-se no sexto chakra e se absorve na consciência da alma, realiza tapas.

tapas is the penance and austerity that brings strict discipline into one's life.

2-svadhyaya

one should study one's own life through self-analysis and self-introspection

deve-se estudar a própria vida através da auto-análise e da auto-introspecção

in the ajna chakra, in soul consciousness, one practice svadhyaya. Remaning in tapa loka and having self-inquiry is real svadhyaya.

no ajna chakra, na consciência da alma, a prática é svadhyaya. Permanecer em tapa loka e ter auto-indagação é svadhyaya real.

3-Iswara Pranidhana

Pranidhana is the spiritual art of subordination to God and freedom from ego and pride.
